Kevin has worked in the Nottingham area for his entire career. He took his first job in financial services at the Co-operative Bank where he worked for five years before joining the Leeds Permanent Building Society where he became a Manager. He then moved to the Scarborough Building Society where he became a Regional Manager before leaving in 1991 to establish the successful Mortgage Brokerage that is now Oliver Jones Associates Limited.
Having been involved in Financial Services for over 40 years this has enabled him to accumulate vast experience, knowledge and connections across the mortgage and financial services sector and Kevin thinks you are never too old to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
He lives in Wollaton with his wife and has two sons, one who works in the Banking Industry in London and his other son is a Licensing Officer for HMO’s for the local Council. Kevin enjoys travel and is a long suffering Nottingham Forest supporter and he regularly plays tennis at David Lloyd.
Kevin is a landlord of both commercial property and investment property so Kevin has lots of experience as both a Landlord and Mortgage Advisor enabling him to see things from both angles.

David was born in Shrewsbury in 1965 and first came to Nottingham in 1984 to study for an Economics Degree at what was then Trent Polytechnic.
His mortgage career began in 1988 meaning he now has a vast knowledge of the complex mortgage market and holds all of the required qualifications. He also owns a small number of student properties and therefore has first hand experience that is invaluable in advising clients with both small and large Buy To Let property portfolios.
You will occasionally hear him on BBC Radio Nottingham discussing various issues to do with the mortgage market.
In late 2018, he stepped down from running Beach Soccer in England having spent 11 years supporting the Men’s and Women’s national teams as well as developing the national league. He’s therefore hoping to find a little more time to get back on the golf course!

Grenville originally born in Huddersfield, left home at 18 and studied his degree in London after which he spent many years with Bradford and Bingley in the South East as a branch manager at various branches. He qualified as an IFA 22 years ago. He moved to Nottingham in 2000 and after a few more years with Bradford and Bingley joined Oliver Jones Associates Limited in 2005. Grenville lives in West Bridgford with his family and is a keen golfer.

Phil was born in Hertfordshire in 1964 and was educated at Alleynes Grammar School before going on to obtain a Geography degree from Huddersfield Polytechnic. His mortgage career began in 1985 working for the Bradford & Bingley for 20 years (all over the North of England) before joining Oliver Jones Associates Ltd in 2005. He holds all the required qualifications.
Having moved house over 10 times he is well versed in the stresses and strains that are involved in the mortgage process and is keen to make life easy for his clients.
He is a very keen sportsman and still plays competitive golf at Coxmoor Golf Club, hockey for The Nottingham Hockey Club & tennis at Mapperley Park Tennis Club. He has 2 sons & 2 grandchildren, 2 border collies and 2 emu’s all of which keep him on his toes!
